What we need
Rapport Interiors is what is known as the ‘Controller’ of the personal data you provide to us. We only collect basic personal data about you which does not include any special types of information.
This does however include:

The web forms on our website will collect the information upon submission, we then use this information in order to contact you as per your request.
What we do with it
All the personal data we process is processed by our staff in the UK however for the purposes of providing you with our products and services and this information is located on servers within the European Union. No 3rd parties other than marketing companies we use (and only then for analysis purposes) have access to your personal data unless the law allows them to do so.
We have a Data Protection regime in place to oversee the effective and secure processing of your personal data.
We do not transfer any data outside of the European Economic Area.
How long we keep it
We are required under UK tax law to keep your basic personal data (name, address, contact details) for a minimum of 2 years after which time it will be destroyed. Your information we use for marketing purposes on a legitimate interest basis will be kept by us until you notify us that you no longer wish to receive this information.
What are your rights?

Please include your name, address and email address when you contact us as this helps us to ensure that we accept amendments only from the correct person and can contact you to verify your identity should this be necessary. We encourage you to promptly update your personal information if it changes and we will action these updates as quickly as we reasonably can.
We will securely retain your information for as long as is reasonably necessary and in accordance with law applicable at the time. If you wish to submit a request that your data be deleted, please email us at email@example.com. You also have the right to receive a copy of the personal information that we hold about you.
