FAQ

Will you come and visit me in my home?

Yes. We are based in Winchcombe near Cheltenham, but serve customers throughout Gloucestershire and the surrounding counties.

Do you install new blinds, curtain poles and pelmets?

Yes of course. Please let us know of your requirements in advance and we can reflect that in our price.

Can I see projects that you have done before?

Yes we take photos of our completed projects whenever we have the customers approval to do so. Tell us what kind of project you are interested in and we will see what we can provide.

Do you take away old carpets, underlay, grippers etc?

Yes we do and this is included in the price that we give you for fitting.

Do I need to clear any rooms that you are fitting new carpets or floor coverings?

We do ask that you clear the room as much as is possible for you to. If you do not anticipate being able to clear a room, please let us know in advance so that we can reflect this in your fitting price.

Do you offer a painting or decorating service?

No, we are specialists in what we do and believe decorating is best left to people who specialise in that. We are always happy to recommend people who we have worked in the past and where we know that the customer is happy with the work that has been done.

Does your showroom have car parking?

Yes we have free car parking, right in front of our showroom.

Does your showroom have disabled access?

A large part of the showroom is upstairs but we do have a downstairs ground floor area where we can bring items that are upstairs down to you. Equally we would happily come to see you in your home if that is easier for you.

What is your preferred method of payment?

We do accept other payment methods but our preferred method of payment is via BACS or bank transfer.
