Our team at Rapport has a wealth of experience in interior design – plus we’re really flexible!

We really can help as much or as little as you’d like us to, and know some fantastic people to get the job done well. We offer a free initial, home consultation and there is no charge for our service when you buy products from us such as carpets, curtains, blinds or fabrics.

Helping you to create stunning, new, individual schemes is what we do best. With extensive experience, knowledge and flair, along with over 30 years in the ‘interiors business’.

By listening carefully to your style likes and dislikes, getting an idea of your taste and budget, we will guide you towards the best choices to suit your lifestyle, your home, and reflect your personality.

We love what we do and combine our vast knowledge of fabrics and furnishings, with an excellent eye for colour and ‘what works’.

From the initial consultation through to the finished item, we listen, guide, advise and offer realistic timescales.

 

How does our Interior Design Service work?

 

Step One – Initial consultation/chat to discuss the project.

Step Two – Home/site visit to get a general feel of the room/rooms and look at the furniture/art work to get an idea of taste and colour and do a rough measure of what’s required.

Step Three – We invite you to our showroom to look at the ideas we have put together – you get to take home swatches/samples to see them in your home or business.

Step Four – Once a decision and selection has been made,  we put together a quote/estimate together for approval.

Step Five – You pay a deposit to place the order and we give an estimate of a delivery date.

Step Six – We book a final check measure.

Step Seven – Deliver/fit the items ordered.

Step Eight – You pay the final balance once completely happy with the work.

Step Nine – Recommend us to everyone you know as we did such a great job!
